I figured out I really love me even at my heaviest over 300 pounds and even today around 240 or so...I can't be mad at this band and the progress. I have to love the decisions I make and have made because it's all me...But I do love me through it all....so I learning to appreciate this journey...yes it's tough but you know what.... "What want kill me is only gonna make stronger!"
Love God first.....and Live life to the fullest for yourself!
