Social Situations - Motivation

Good morning all,  

Today I am thinking about all the social situations where food is involved. 

 We have recently had a lot of birthday parties and wedding parties at work. I didn’t eat for “fear of gaining weight” and then I saw that I visited the food area a couple times for the last party. When I reflected, I said to myself though everyone thinks I am too small I still have some work to do.  I also had times where I said its okay to eat a small taste or something or I said to myself just eat fruit.  

At my kids football game on Sunday, I shyed away from the lovely dill dip that all the football Moms were eating.   I want to enjoy the holidays but I don’t want to gain weight. I am trying to eat small portions of food but for me it is either all or nothing…..so the smaller portions isn’t working.  

I just needed a little motivation OR KICK IN THE BUTT today.   

The holidays are coming up so I have to get ready.  

My goal is still lose weight during this time.  

I am back journaling again. (Note: I jump on and off this band wagon all the time J)
