I know its been awhile since i blogged...

I had surgery on nov 19th, 09    SW was 360   HW 364  and today i had my staples removed and my CW is 352....I have soo much more energy then i have had in soo long.....i dont as winded walking up and down stairs  or walking around the block..i am very excited about that....i walk a little further each day.....last wk..i didnt take it easy as much as i should..i went out shopping and did a bit of visiting..not enough resting and doing nothing...so this week..i been resting alot....doing the bare minimuimm....
i have a few more days on my clear fluid only diet..and really getting sick on broth....not really getting sick of jello....but it will be nice to start having a different variety of things to eat....i do have to admit..i have been bad since surgery  maybe i am just testing..but i have eaten stuff i shouldnt...and man i feel crappy after having it....so .....now i know.....STOP nibbling..only eat what i am told to eat.....

Anyways..i am doing well..and will try to keep up with my blogs more regularily....
