Counting down the days....

I have a date set for surgery  it is Nov 19th . On Thurs Nov 5th I have to start taking  Optifast supplement..It isgoing to be so hard..sure i have started having smaller portions when i eat..but to cut food out all together is gonna be tough.. The toughest thing is going to be...going to my parents 50th  anniversary dinner  and seeing all the food..and not having a bite of it..I have told different family members to help me out .....but i know it will be tough..
this is my first day writing on here.  so not sure what to say......Oh and having all the candy from halloween around is tough too..i have asked family members to stash it all...and i will try realll hard not to search for it...so far soo good....lol

will keep you posted on how i am feeling and how my wk goes..take care
