calling all sugar addicts -  For those post op, do you advoid all sugar still?  Even fake sugar?  I am wondering if drinking crystal light and the like will hurt me trying to kill the addiction.  

I want to eat. - I want to eat. But since I am 2 1/2 days away from my surgery I can not. So I am gonna take a nap and hope it goes away.
