Skin Reduction Incision closed...and...SHOWERrrrrr!!!!

I have had my first shower in more than a month, and it was a good *LONG* shower...with extra body wash!

The incision is closed now, and my home nurse visits end   but last week, I got cellulitis to go along with it..the first time I've had cellulitis in *years*, which was one of the reasons for the DS, and the skin reduction -  recurrent, and antibiotic resistant cellulitis.

On that tip, I hit the jackpot this time - it was MRSA!!!!  So, I'm making doubly sure that I sterilize everything I sit on with strong bleach water - shower chair (helps me save energy so I don't run out of "spoons"), toilet seat, linens either changed or sprayed with Lysol spray.

Being single, I don't have an endless supply of bed linens, and the T-Shirt cotton knit ones I love are getting to be very hard to find.

My routine has been totally thrown off by all of this, so I feel like I'm living in the Twilight Zone right now.

I'm sure that this too, will pass!
