New phone app

I really enjoy using the Noom app I found in Google play on my phone, I log my meals, count my calories, I need to exercise ( my back is killing me these days though...) It has a pedometer.. I am setting step goals there. It sends me articles on healthy eating, and fitness tips. So so far it has made me realize my safe portion controls again. So really when I felt like enough was enough I was creeping on 220 ! I'm sitting on 215 now. I must continue. I turn 40 in 8 days. Ugh. LOL.
