Yesterday I had a port replacement/revision.

I'm home now, resting, for several days off work. The replacement port is in, with some mesh to give it stability. I believe and am claiming this as a new fresh start. I lost 8 lbs prior to the surgery, it took 8 weeks, but I am on track. Gradually omitting the harmful stuff. I quit sodas, straws, drinking during a meal. carbs little to none. Meats first.. all getting back to the basics. 

So as I heal from this, I intend to check in here. Hopefully to connect again. I wonder if any of my old contacts are still out here. This site was a huge support for me in the beginning.
