Day 3 on opti-fast

Hi guys,I hope you are all doing fantastic! I am officially on day 3 of opti-fast and you know what? I am kicking it's ass!
Yes, I have moments of hunger and also moments of "head hunger" but they pass quite quickly, actually. I try to stay busy and keep "my eyes on the prize". I have waited so long for this, that there is no way I am going to sabotage myself and cheat. Each day I become stronger and more proud of myself for making it through another day.
I was expecting to have approximately three days or so of headaches, as I have heard that quite often from those on opti; However, I have not experienced a headache whatsoever!
I am so unbelieveably ready for this journey! 25 days until my surgery date!
