So I'm almost a month post op. I was just wondering if I'll ever be able to go to Starbucks or tropical smoothie....if I can, what are some of the drinks you guys order?

So I'm just curious and this might be a dumb question but what exactly should I be looking for on food nutrition labels? How many grams of fat, sugar, carbs and protein should I check for?

I know anything with low sugar is okay and high protein

My surgery is in 28 days! I can't believe I've gotten to this point. I had my endoscopy done today and I was told that I have a small hernia which is getting fixed during my sleeve surgery.

Dealing with negativity about getting the sleeve is starting to...irritate me.

I have so much support from my friends that know about the surgery and from some of my family members.

So in October I'll be getting my sleeve done...finally! Anyway right now I have PCOS, I've had it for years. I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue too and how it's changes after having surgery. 

So today I picked out the date for my sleeve!! I am excited and nervous at the same time. My date is for October 13th....the day before my 24th birthday ahhh. I can't believe this is actually going to be happening.
