I made the mistake of weighing myself when I got home from the hospital today. The nurse had told me that because they were giving me fluids while I was in the hospital that I might weigh a bit more than when I went in. Day of surgery I weighed in at 210....... today 223. and no I am not kidding. 13 pounds of water weight... how does that even make sense??? I feel kind of gross and bloated and fat. I busted ass so hard pre-op to get down as low as I could before surgery and now they send me home bigger than I ever was. I can tell that my scale and I are not going to get along very well throughout this process. I already want to throw it out the window.
