My Story.... well like most I have had a struggle with weight for most of my life. I have gone from big to small back to big and well you get the point. My weight is like a yoyo, always has been and until I made the decision to have the surgery I was starting to come to terms with "being fat". My husband is in the Air Force and he is very fit and very healthy. He was the biggest reason I made the decision to have the surgery. He enjoys doing things like rollerblading, running on the charles, kayaking, and my idea of a good time is 5 hours in front of the tv with a gallon of ice cream. I decided that I want to enjoy life with him. Really take every moment and make the most of it and this surgery is my first step. Today is April 18th 2010 and I am all done with my pre-op just counting the days until my surgery. It is scheduled for May 18th 2010 ONE MONTH AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
