Water weight almost gone

Day 7 post op I am down to 212 only 2 pounds away from my pre-hospital weight thank god. I have my post op appointment with my surgeon on Wednesday to have my staples removed and I wanna be less than I was when I he last weighed me. I'm not sure if it's too soon but I think I am going to go to the gym today. I feel like I need to do more
