Frustrated waiting"

Well I just called my surgeons office to see if they had heard from Aetna and found out they had not yet submitted my files and it would be another couple of days before they do, and since this is a Frdday that means sometime next week.  I am frustrated because I feel like there is a lot time wasting.  I saw my physician, Dr. Schumacher on the 7th of January, I went for group sessions on  the18th and had my one on one''s on tthe 19th.  It is now the 29th which is ten days later.  Okay,I just needed to vent.
