Setback in june with fluid taken out for being too full.  race ahead to now.. having not had any restriction (read this will power)
since that time i have gained a significant amt of wt back.....
Well, saw my new surgeon and got a fill, got a pep talk, PEP talked myself and back on the band wagon again!  
it still does amaze me that a tiny bit of fluid can give so much restriction.. My brain still bitches it cant have the things it craves but its right where it belongs.. :)

Today was another day of rest.. Slowly sipping gatorade...I am sure my blogging will be more exciting in the future..
I am heading back to work tomorrow..
Yes i know.. I am probably an idiot.. but I really dont feel all that bad!  Will take it easy and slow ....
