NOW i remember why i stopped Optifast the last few times. Night before last I had diarrhea, and i thought maybe i had too many SF popsicles and the artificial sweetner gave me the runs. Next day more of the same, and i thought ohhhh yeah i used to get the runs on Optifast. Now it's graduated to uncontrollable diarrhea and I remember whey i stopped drinking Optifast. What are my choices? Stay indoors and keep changing my clothes? or just put on an adult diaper? DAMN. i wonder if it's okay to take immodium. Think i'll just take it and see what happens.

I'm obsessed with food today. I had broth, i had SF jello, and i had about six SF popsicles. But i can't seem to drink all my water. Normally i can easily down 2 qts of water a day, but now that i have to, i can't get it down. So yeah, headaches from not enough water.

And i'm freezing!

Pretty soon my hair will start falling out. All i want to do is sit in the shower. (sigh).
