almost to pre surgery wt

Its Monday evening and its been a week (surgery 4/9) stepped on the  scale and I have 0.5 to lose to be at my surgical wt. I'm glad that what ever they put into me is almost out. I thought the gas was all gone but it was only me in the house so I couldn't blame it on anybody else.

I already feel happier...is it because I know I am doing something positive?

Already feeling thinner....doesn't make sense but I'll take it

New energy...on Sun walked a quarter mile while in the hospital I had a hard time doing 1 "lap". I understand that the energy level will go up and down so I am enjoying the ups

Drugs from the hospital is finally letting its grip loose so I don't feel so much in a fog.

Last week on full liquid diet, I'm ready for a change
