2 months since my WLS

Jun 09, 2013

I can not believe how fast these 2 months have gone by. I have lost 20 lbs before surgery and another 21 post op so a total of 41 lbs gone forever and 6~1/4" I am happy and being a light weight this is just fine I'm happy my Dr happy my daughter is thrill and hubby is happy.

The only problems I have been having is: I can eat eggs at lunch time but when I try to eat them for breakfast its a no go and I am on my  throne and plenty of pain. Today I decided I wanted yogurt again I have no trouble eating it for lunch or snack and again I am on my throne and plenty of pain so I guess eating any "normal" breakfast food right now is not in the picture and its back to protein shake.

My hubby pulled a fast one on me we went food shopping and there was a cake by E****men by 1 get 1 free I thought he walked right by it but I see it came home with us and he puts his treats up on top of the refrigerator thank goodness I am short. He knows I don't want that kind of food in the house but he loves his sweets and he is type 2 so he shouldn't have it either.  I am going to be strong and not look up.

I walked 1 mile for the last 2 days but not today the body wasn't up to it but doing 1 mile for 2 days I was thrilled it had hills and valley and flat in some places and I wasn't out of breath!! Now for me that was awesome if I do say so myself.
