6 months post op

Wow - how time flies... If someone would of told me the day of my surgery that I would be over 100 lbs lighter in 6 months I would of never believed them.  But here I am 6 months to the day and I have lost 106 lbs!  Wow - How my life has changed.

No more cane, no more struggling to get up the stairs, no more struggling to get up from a chair, no more waiting for someone to carry my stuff, no more constant pain, no more asking everyone to do things for me, no more size 22 pants, no more catching my breath but lots more of...

walking with a bounce, more of going up the stairs without even a second thought, more of getting out of chairs with ease, more of carrying everything, more ease in my body, more capable of doings things on my own... like putting my own gas in the car, more size 14 pants, more air in my lungs, more energy, more happiness, more lightness, more shopping, more clothes to give away, more years to life, more looking younger, more feeling younger, more health, more active, more strong, but there is one thing less of - LESS Medication - lol!!!!

So to say that this is the best decision I have ever made for my life would be an understatement.  This decision saved my life and gave me more life!
