feeling wonderful

So a little over a week from surgery - and all the fears and nerves that I had before were worth it - as they are gone and I am so happy that I took the plunge and had my RNY.

What a life changing experiencing - I feel so much better already - I walked for 20 minutes yesterday, at a very low pace mind you, but non the less I walked.

My energy is coming back - and the weirdest thing - my back pain has seem to have gone!!!  Wow.

So happy with my decision - It took me a long time to take it - but I have no regrets... Moving forward with my life with great excitement.
