What a difference a year makes!

I am so happy and proud of myself!  I am starting the New Year healthy!  A year ago - I was struggling to walk - had to walk with a cane - was so out of breath - and my body was in extreme pain.  This year I started the New Year walking all day and shopping and trying new clothes in Regular size stores - Good bye Lane Bryant and Addition Elle - I won't miss you - though I appreciated having a place to shop at the time.

What a weird and awesome feeling to walk into any store and to be able to buy off the rack!  So fitting in size 14 regular pants and buying large and medium size clothing!  I am trying to remember for the life of me when was the last time I was able to do that but it is really evading me... It has been that long.

So to all of you that are scared of surgery or worried that you won't be able to loose the weight - Take it from me - you will!  If I can do it - you can do it as well.
