Wow - I'm really doing this

tonight I was watching biggest loser, and If you would of told me a year ago that I would of lost more than the people on that show I would of though crazy!  By here I am and I've lost over 130 lbs - and I'm still doing it.

It is a life changing experience, that I would not change for anything!

I'm happy to be me!
