3 months post op.

I went for my 3 month appt today.  It's almost exactly 3 months post op.  I'm down 80lbs!  I can't believe it.  My BMI went from 44.6 (extremely obese) to 33.4 (just regular obese now).

Size 24 to a size 16 pants.  Size 3x shirts to a 1x (in the cheap store brands) Size Large / XL in some regular brands!

YAY.  Lifes going good.  I'm not really experiencing any issues.  I hate protein shakes.  Got a new one today called Proti 15.  It's like a crystal light.  It's not bad at all!  I could stick with this one.

Vitamins suck but I can go to capsules now!  YAY
