I never thought this was going to be easy..Yet I never thought it was going to be this hard and I have not had my surgery yet,I have not even seen the nurse or the nutrionist..To those of you who have had the surgery and continue to still follow the plans set forth I take my hat off to you..Way to go..!!
I thought I would give it a try and if I succeeded I wouldn't need the surgery and just continue going..If I find it hard now what I'am going to do after the surgery..??For lunch all I had was 3 little things of broccoli,stalk of celery cut up up and 3 pieces of green pepper and I'am still hungry..I know after surgrey I will not want that much and will be full..
I'am starting think it is time to put down the thought of ever being skinny and quit this too...No I'am not looking for sympathy or anything of the sort..I just don't know if I can do this..!!
