Today was the day

Well,
Today I had my surgery seminar. I didn't even look at the scale. I don't want to know. I was just glad I came already well informed. We were there over 4 hrs and I was late getting back to work. I go back next week for my psych, blood work, and nutritional counselling. I hope that all works out well. I'm glad this step is over. I feel better now. I don't have an approval or anything like that.. but I've got the ball rolling. That's what counts right?
