Just when I think it’s safe to enjoy the journey…

I received a call from Mechandy yesterday from Dr. Vigg’s office. She said she faxed over my blood work, chest X-rays, and EKG results to Dr. Chapman’s office right before she called me.

I hung up with her and called Dr. Chapman’s office but Kesha and Danielle were both busy so I had to leave a message. They didn’t call me back yesterday.

I waited until after lunch to call Dr. Chapman’s office again today. I left another message, and Danielle called me almost immediately. They didn’t receive the fax from Dr. Vigg’s office.

I hung up with her and called Mechandy back. While I was writing this, Mechandy  called me back and it turns out, she was faxing my information to the wrong fax number. She said she faxed it over to the right number. She also said she’d call Dr. Chapman’s office tomorrow to make sure they got it all.

I plan to call Dr. Champan’s office also, only because I don’t trust them to do their own jobs. Haha! The reason my sister hasn’t had her surgery yet is because she’s not as forceful with her care as I am. She just assumes they’ll do what they say. She doesn’t factor in that they’re human and will make mistakes and forget things.

*sigh* I’m just ready for it to happen already!!!
