Today is a proud day

Today is a proud day....I weighed in and now have a BMI rating of 29.5, no longer obese, super or morbidly obese...OVERWEIGHT never sounded so good! woohoo.

Thanks for all the support to my friends! I am down a whopping total of 159 in an 11-1/2 months time since surgery...22 more for goal! UNFLIPPING REAL
