14 month out--Goal is getting so close

Wow 14 months ago today I was getting ready to head to the hospital. I wasn't really nervous or scared more anxious and ready to proceed. I had made a commitment at consultation that this is what and needed to do. I had lost 39 lbs preop and that certainly jump-started my mindset.  Now to make some real progress in my transformation.

I have been struggling of late, no not with the plan but the damn numbers on the scale....stalls are miserable and so hard to get through.  You do all that you can and yet the numbers go up and down, with a 3-4 pound swing, making no progress in the right direction, last month recorded a 1 pd loss. Finally I seem to have broken through.  A SEVEN POUND LOSS FOR THIS MONTH....WOOHOOOOOO, I will gladly accept that.

15 pounds to goal, WOW  I can't believe it. Hoping to lose 181 pounds in total at the beginning and now only having 15 to go....WOWOWEEE

Unbelievable ride and filled with ups and down....but this is so worth it!
