One Month Post-Op

Hello! So I am one month post op... I am not sure yet my total lost for one month til I stop at the drs office in the morning. The first month has been pretty good. I have some good days and some off days. For the most part I am getting in my fluids and protein. I returned back to work and thats been a little challenging with getting my fluids in as I almost forget. Its a totally different routine than pre-op. I started to exercise again but going slowly. I think my biggest challenge is my head tells me I have way more energy then my body actually has.... a little frustrating. Well thats about it for now. I will update when I get my numbers.
