I didn't exercise early today. I figured I would wait till my daughter got home from school. I wanted my husband to check my bike and fill the tires with air. Well he went out and the air compressor isn't working. So that is out of the question. I don't feel like walking now. Maybe in a bit I will change my mind after dinner. I will push myself to do it later no matter what! I think waiting is a bad idea for me. I procrastinate way to much. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
