Holiday picnics

I don't know how well I can do when I go to holiday picnics. I did well on Sunday. But yesterday I ate to much not think. Not way to much just enough to make me feel sick to my stomach. I must work on my portion size when I go place. It could have been the food and the heat. I don't know for sure. I feel like at home I can easily control my food. But when I go out it is harder. We had to leave the picnic early because of me not feeling to good. That was disappointing. Today is going great so far. Have a good day all.
