Not ok

I am not ok right now. My husband just walked out on me Sunday. I didn't see it coming at all. He confuses me. I tell him I still love him and he tells me he love me. Why did he leave if he loves me.

I am very concerned about my health. I don't want to eat cuz I get sick to my stomach or throw up. I am having a hard time just drinking water. I am trying to eat and drink as much as I can but I am so stressed. I don't know what to do.

I haven't exercised yet this week either. I am just so depressed. I got to get out of this depression.
