Jus checking in

I am just checking in to say I am still logging my food on nutrition tracker and not doing too bad, trying for 1200 but, getting some up to near 1500 a day. I should still love on 1500 hundred but, I got to do better. I am thinking it is PMS time. not sure but, the cravings for chocolate and ice cream us ally are strong at the time. I am doing well getting in my water but, still not really exercising. I need to get zumba tapes or something I can do at home when it snows and I can't get out. I wanna do the curves/zumba thing but, I think they are only offering once or twice a week at the local curves and I don't wanna pay extra for it. I know it would help though if I could get back into a routine of exercising.
