Sencond fill done yesterday

We had our second fill yesterday. I hope this one helps. I asked doctor Ceppa how many fills does it typically take to get to the "sweet" spot. He said for "small" girls like Karen and I it usually takes 4 or 5 fills. Yikes I hope I don't have to wait another 2 or 3 months to get the restriction I need to lose better. I lost 2 pounds since my last fill. I honestly haven't made great choices because I am hungry a lot more then I expected to be. I also haven't exercised do to fibro pain and I had to stop curves due to change in insurance. I got the insurance again and plan to go back to curves next week.I also know I must start keeping a better food journal. It sucks to have to write down everything I eat but, it keeps me honest and I obviously haven't made my new lifestyle changes germinate yet.
