It has been a long hard summer for sure! I haven't kept up with my blog or my food log. I haven't posted on the site for a couple of months either. My husband and I have split up and I haven't lost a pound. I had 2 fills and now may be a little tight. I am waiting to see if I need an unfill or I just need to make sure I eat slow and chew well. I have thrown up a coupld of times and pb'd several times as well. I had my last fill 10 days ago. The nurse at the WLS center says if I vomit again I need to come and get checked for an unfull.I think I will be fine if I don't eat too much or too fast. I have been making bad choices and eating from boredom and stress so now I really have to crack down. I didn't have this surgery just to keep doing the same old thing I did beofre so, I need to remember the rules and make good choices.
