Sample Workouts--Help!!! And my hair is falling ou - Hey!! Anyone care to share workouts that they have done? I am almost 4 months out and I am starting to incorporate the gym into my daily life.

Finally cut my hair... - Hope everyone is doing well!!! My hair is slowly coming out--so i took some weight off of it and decided to cut it!! Here are pictures :]

Exams...ALMOST finished :] - Ugh. Tomorrow is my last day of finals...man am I ready to be finished!! All of my insurance was sent in yesterday...so now I'm just going to wait to see what they say! :]
