I once again lost that 6lbs I was worried about...Yea me!!  Today I officially start the two week diet before surgery.  I am so ready.  Had my appointment today with the dietician, exercise therapist, and the PA.  I signed all the paperwork to ok the surgery, bought diet product for the next two weeks and vitamins and was greatly encouraged by Andy the exercise therapist.  He is really wonderful at his job and he is amazing at finding way for you to exercise without feeling like a failure or that you are going to die from what he tells you to do.

My brain hurts too much from all the new information I received today, but tomorrow I will delve into all the paperwork and make sure I have a handle on it.
