I really hate taking the multi ADEK!  The flavor is not the problem; it's the fact that as soon as you bite into it, it's like chalk exploding in your mouth.  To prove my point...I took one and was able to draw on a chalkboard with it as if it really was chalk. Hmmm...

I am doing really well with my pre op diet.  I am hoping I can be down about 15lbs. by the time of surgery. I am also looking forward to having my grown children come home and help me that 1st week post op.  My husband took some time off work then also.  I am so blessed to have an amazing family.
