12 Weeks post op

I haven’t posted in three weeks so I will do a little catch up here.  Finally my weight loss has started picking up again.  I have lost 11.4 lbs this month and I still have a week to go.  I am quite happy with that.  As frustrated as I was last month with a total weight loss for the month of 3.4 lbs; I continued to do what I knew to do.  All the vets on the boards said the weight loss would pick up and even though it didn’t seem like it would, I chose to believe them over what my scale was showing. 

I no longer have any problem getting in all my water.  I eat all my protein and keep my carbs now between 30 and 75.  That is counting all carbs as well as those in my ADEK.
