"I went to several seminars at other clinics and am so glad the I decided to go with Queens! I don't wanna name names but other programs made me feel like a number and not a patient. They seemed more into the money then helping people change their lives. One program even told me that I could get my surgery done within two weeks because I had such great insurance, all I had to do was pay $800 dollars for the program and this was separate from the cost of surgery. Queens only required $100 dollars for the initial program and explained what the money was going towards. The hospital has also offered to bill me my cost of surgery and I will be able to pay it off in 6 months verses the 2,000 deposit that other hospitals require.
In the pre-op stage queens has monitored me closely to make sure I was ready for surgery. They provided me with tips on how to deal with food addictions and helped me to figure out what my triggers are for over eating. They are very concerned with their patients being successful on their weigh loss journey.
Their staff is VERY friendly, I feel as though I have known them for years and they are my friends!
Their Dr.s are wonderful and have great bedside manners!
It is very convenient to have my whole weight loss team from dietitian to surgeon under one roof. I do not have to go to several different places for appointments or test.
