Didn't get to posting about it on Saturday because I was away on a road trip, but it was my one year surgiversary. Officially down 111 lbs post sleeve. Still have a ways to go, about 35 lbs according to the hospital, but really happy with my progress.<

Never thought I'd say this, but I have grown to hate shopping.  I have had to buy a few things because nothing fits anymore.  Am pretty much out of the plus size stores now and have no clue of where to shop and what will fit me well.  Have to try every

Was at the Etobicoke store in Toronto today and they are on for $26.99 a case ... they had vanilla and chocolate at that store.

So I just got kind of a stern email from the nurse at TWH post follow up ... apparently the dieticians are not happy with people using Patch vitamins.  This is what they said.  

"Patch vitamins were not recommended by our team. 

This Friday will be 12 weeks out of surgery for me (had the sleeve). Had my 3 month follow up at the hospital today. They are happy with my progress, down a total of 57lbs and have lost 30% of my excess weight. No post surgery complications. Blood work

Pulled a muscle in my back. Seeing the chiropractor is helping and he says 4 more treatments I should be back to normal. Tylenol is doing nada for the pain ... so missing my ibuprofen! Using ice packs constantly.
