Sunday June 16th Down 10 more pounds since my last post for a total loss of 47 pounds. Still problem free.***Tuesday July 9 down 8 more pounds for 55 pounds gone in a little over 3 months. ***August 12 down 7 more pounds for a total of 62 lbs starting to have some hair loss.***August 22 I have an follow up apt. with Dr. Allen tommorow my scales say I am down 6 more pounds for a total of 68 pounds in 5 months. My hair loss seems to be slowing down, and I am feeling GREAT!Sept 25th Well today is my 6 month anniversary and I am down 6 more pounds for a total of 74 pounds.October14th FINALLY!! 198..I am finally out of the 200's and it feels great. I dropped 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks! Wow just when I started complaing about the slowed weight loss...it starts again! November 4th down 6 more pounds to 192 for a total loss of 90 pounds in 7 months! Nov 20th down 5 more pounds to 187.Dec 28th made it through the holidays..glad its over as of today I am 182, I am down 100 pounds in 9 months. Jan 26th down 6 more pounds to 176.March25th one year anniversary down to 172! DRUM ROLL 110 pounds lighter!
