Finally!!!

I have so much to celebrate today! First, I'm finally blogging! Lol. My last computer would not let me blog or respond to e-mails. So yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay for my first blog and now I can respond to e-mails. Secondly, after 8.5 months of going through 4 doctors, endless research, stressing, fighting, tears, emotional ups and downs I got the call this morning from  my case manager, Pat (at 7:08 a.m. to be exact), from Blue Cross Blusheild of Tennessee  that I'm finally APPROVED!!! I will be having the vertical sleeve gastretomy next month. I'm soooo scared. I'm waiting for the office to call me to set my date so I am praying for September 12, 2011. so I'm going to tentatively put 9/12 for my surgery date. Dr. Kormans office said as early as two weeks from approval date they were just waiting on my insurance office.  So I'm pretty confident with that date. Now I have to loose 10lbs by pre-op day. Pray for me!!!


P.S. I'm soooooo excited but scared as hell at the same time.
