I am almost 3 weeks out and sometimes it doesn't seem like I get full. Does anyone else feel that way. When that happens how do I know when to stop eating? I don't want to hinder my weight loss or stretch out my pouch. I thought I would get certain fee

When u guys were on the soft/mechanical phase of your diet what would u eat during the day? I am supposed to eat 3 meals and 2 Snacks (5-6 small meals a day). Please help with ideas.
