today is my one year surgerversey.  ive been wanting to write this since yesterday but i guess i was just trying to gather up my thoughts...

as of today (like really today today) i am offically a normal bmi! i am down 176 pounds and a pound less then HALF the person i was.

this is all just so insane to me and im still adjusting. your head def does not catch up as fast as everything else does, even a year later.

this whole year has been bumpy, and all WORTH IT.

you learn so much about yourself, inside and out.

its all throwing my brain through a loop at the moment relationship wise, but i will be ok (fingers crossed).

anyways, i dont regret my rny and i will not fail my tool in this next upcoming year. its worked out for me to the maxx.

now its all about maintence and maintaining. (i may even want to lose a few more pounds.) my surgeon in nj told me my goal was 150 pounds. in oklahoma he said 175, which i surpassed today and that 150 is a crazy goal.

remember newbies, one day at a time. thats all you need to keep on reminding yourselves.
