Surgery is over

Well yesterday was a very long day.  Had to be at the hospital @ 6:30 for my surgery at 8:45.  They didn't get me back there until about 9:10 yesterday and I was out of recovery and up to my room by about 11:30 yesterday.  Slept most of the day and this mroning feeling a little sore, nauseous and gassy.  I have been burping but no farting yet.  That will come with time.  I am finally on the loser's bench!  Whoo Hoo!

My new and updated "birthday" is now 1/14/14.  MIght be celebrating on that day from now on.  My doctor states I should lose about 85% of excess weight in the first 18-24 months.  That puts me with-in about 25 pounds of my goal weight so I'm very excited about that.
