 well all went fine surgery was WAAAAAAY delayed but finally went in around 1pm and all was great. I am home and relaxing drinking tons of water and burping my head off but otherwise OK!

My goal is 160-175 lbs for me this is a size 8-10 so I am not looking to slide under doors!  

I am a pretty lazy internet user. I am not very faithful at all! I have been really busy with my new granddaughter and a job I loathe! I have found time to exercise everyday, eat better than I ever have before and lose over 70# since May 9th, 2007 (the second best day of my life :-)) I am now in a solid size 14 almost a 12 it feels awesome and I feel 10 yrs younger!  I am a bit bummed that my hubby's employer swithced to Humana (they don't support weight-loss surgery) and Dr. Kam is wayyyyyy up north! But in life you have that sometimes! I hopefully will get my pics back up and running...yahoo...I missed the emails til it was too late! Be well all!

I went to Barix yesterday and got my official weigh in! I am sooooo excited! I also have all restriction removed I can ride again (never mind I already was! LOL I took Wendell's advice if it don't hurt it's okay!) I am really astounded at how easily I can exercise now. My knee is coming right along with me now and my bp was 113/71 haven't seen that in forever. I really thank God for this procedure! It has truly given me a new start. Praise God for all he has given me!

Just a fun day today just sayin!

I am just having the best recovery...I keep waiting for something to go wrong...but it doesn't! My poor hubby has my aching knee...I thought it was pretty sweet of him to take on the responsibility! God has been wonderful to me and I praise him!!!

Yeeehaw! Everyone from the office is going to eat at my favorite salad stop in town and I cannot eat a thing :-( Oh well...sipping some broth sooooo satisfying! LOL

The longest days of my life...I am afraid, excited and sleepless! I want to get this show on the road! I'm a pretty patient person so I will just hang in there~!

I am getting the best birthday present! My surgery is scheduled for 5/9/07 no more waiting...wondering...getting po'd YEEEEEHAWWWWW!!! I am doing cartwheels right now!

I am back waiting for news on my pending surgery date. I had a procedure on friday and they took another biopsy of my inner cervix...hopefully I will have the all clear...I hope and pray! Went to church Sunday night for a fellow church goer's 90th birthday and got some prayer power for the right outcome on this whole WLS thing! It is very frustrating and I so appreciate all the kind messages from this wonderful support network! Thanks to all who regularly cheer me up!
