Well today I went back to the ob/gyn and had a procedure...got the old cervix back on track...we are now ready to get on with the weight loss. I was a bit disappointed when Dr. Kam called on FRIDAY the 13th! eeeeek and informed me that I would not be able to have my surgery as planned 4/25 but I am soooooo glad I listened to him. Cancer is certainly a much bigger more urgent problem...I will live for years with the extra weight (not comfortably) but cancer is not something to fool with. Oh well Tracy called me back as soon as the ob/gyn faxes over the okay they will schedule me :-) YEEEEEEHA!

I just found ut 4/13 from Dr. Kam that I am being rescheduled he is saving me a spot in May but that I have to have a clean bill of female health. So I am now a  May hopeful...God willing all will be right and this surgery will happen in May. I am certainly gonna pray til I can't no more!

My family doctor gave me some pretty terrible news Friday...but I guess cell phones are not the best way to discuss health issues! I heard her say cancerous cells...but thankfully after I called to let the bariatric surgeon know on Monday...and they cancelled my surgery date...stressed out to the hilt...she called to tell me that I needed a second biopsy something called a loop cone biopsy...after a quick call to Dr. Kam's office I am back on the schedule for 4/25/07! I need to quit using my cell phone for such important things. My poor family doctor was laughing at me...then angry at me for getting soooo upset...without letting her gather more info! I really love that woman! God has come thru for me soooo many times and I need to always remember to give praise for all I have! I guess I tend to be a bit dramatic...I have never been unhealthy in any way so when something is slightly wrong...oh my I am dying...get the will!  I did get some great words of comfort from the boards...I thank everyone for that...I'm grateful and thankful that I don't need them just yet! Peace to all!

Wow! This is going to be a long 3 weeks wait! I could have had my surgery on 4/17 but postponed to attend a weekend motorcycling clinic! I can't believe I'd give up the surgery for my hobby! I guess I am a well rounded person...balancing all in life! Whatever! I'm crazy! I have no idea how it's going to go on 4/10 with the tests. My cholesterol is great...triglycerides normal...hope that God is with me and all is go!
