"I am happy to write Dr Pham's first review. He did the very first Sleeve Gastrectomy at Sister's hospital and for Synergy Bariatrics on me Thursday 8/20/2009. He mentored on the the Sleeve Gastrectomy procedure from Cirangle and Jossart, the best in the USA. He has a fabulous attention to detail and sense of humor. He had a distinguished medical career in the Airforce in both laproscopic and gastrointestinal issues. He has a great bedside manner. He was personable and reassuring before the surgery, we discussed his family and exchanged jokes. Most of all he submitted for the surgery I needed and got it approved. I will always be grateful that he joined the Synergy Bariatric practice when he did and was able to be my advocate for the procedure I needed. Things happen for a reason and if my primary had gotten my bloodwork in on time I would have had a January surgery with a surgeon that performed RNY."
