So here we go..when I was losing the first round I kept a web site updated.. but once I got to goal and below- I stopped. Kind of like everything else. I started back on track on Sunday and I weighed myself today (I couldn't help it) I have lost 4 lbs. I woke up this morning feeling very exhausted. I couldn't figure out why. I looked at fitday to see if there was any clue but I couldn't find one until tonight. I only consumed 758 cal. yesterday. Now that was great for the ego but not so good I think for the body. I am hypoglycemic and normally am fairly weak until I eat in the morning. But not as tired as I was today It took most of the day to feel more energic and better and still tonight I am not 100% but am better than I was. The only thing- and I am not sure it is weight loss related-  is a major migraine tonight. Fortunately I alrady have a doctor appointment for tomorrow to get the referrals to the WLS so if it hasn't gone away by then I can get the magic shot, which I hate but not as much as the Migraine.
So today I had-
Calories- 1335 (hard to know I had that many- I need to be lower but not as low as yesterday)
Fat - 69.3 g (love cheese cubes with wheat thins)
Carbs.- 64.4
Protein - 112g  Yea.. even if it did mean consuming  aawful protein drink

Today was a good day, tomorrow will be better!
